Fat filling method

The so-called grease filling method is to fill a proper amount of grease into the working surface of bearings regularly, which is the most commonly used way of grease lubrication.

Oil cup method

The oil cup method is to install a cap type oil cup or a pressure oil cup on the bearing seat, periodically rotate the cap or inject grease with an oil gun. This is also a common way of grease lubrication.

Pressure lipid feeding method

Pressure grease feeding method relies on grease pump to supply grease. Good fluidity grease should be selected at this time.

Centralized lipid feeding method

The centralized grease feeding method feeds grease to the deep groove ball bearings and other parts through the grease pump. Similarly, lubricating grease with good flowability, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance should be selected at this time, which is also a pressure feeding method.
