Ball bearing

Cylindrical roller bearing
Roller is a centripetal rolling bearing of cylindrical roller, which belongs to separate bearing. It is very convenient to install and disassemble. Cylindrical roller bearings are divided into single row, double row and four row.

Angular contact bearing
The nominal contact angle between the ball and the ring is greater than 0 degrees, while that of the rolling bearing is less than 90 degrees. It can withstand both radial and axial loads. It can work at a higher speed. The larger the contact angle is, the higher the axial bearing capacity is. High precision and high speed bearings usually have a contact angle of 15 degrees. Under the action of axial force, the contact angle will increase. Single row angular contact ball bearings can only withstand one direction of axial load, while withstanding radial load, it will cause additional axial force. It can only limit the axial displacement of the shaft or housing in one direction. If installed in pairs, the outer rings of a pair of bearings are opposite, that is, the wide end faces the wide end face and the narrow end faces the narrow end face. In this way, additional axial force can be avoided, and the axle or housing can be limited to the range of axial clearance in two directions.

Deep groove ball bearing
Each ring has a centripetal ball bearing with continuous Groove Raceway whose cross section is about one third of the circumference of the ball. The structure is simple and easy to use and maintain. Mainly used to withstand radial load, but also can withstand certain axial load. When the radial clearance of the bearing increases, it has the performance of angular contact ball bearings and can withstand larger axial load. This kind of bearing has small friction coefficient, high limit speed and varied size range and form. Solid, durable, versatile and low noise operation, can operate at high speed and easy to install. Single row deep groove ball bearings also have a sealed design, which can be lubricated and maintained without any need. Single row ball bearing with loading gap and double row ball bearing are suitable for heavy load operation.
