Different Types of Characteristics of Needle Roller Bearings

Stamping outer ring needle roller bearing is a needle roller bearing with thin stamping forming outer ring. Its main feature is that the section height is very low and the load bearing capacity is high. Mainly used for compact structure, inexpensive and bearing box bore can not be used as a needle cage component raceway bearing configuration. Bearings and bearing boxes shall be installed in an interference fit manner. If the function of axially positioning such as box shoulder and stop ring can be omitted, the bore of bearing box can be made very simple and economical. Punched outer ring needle roller bearings mounted on the axle end have two sides open type and one side closed type. The base end face of the closed stamping outer ring can withstand little axial guiding force.
Stamping needle roller bearings with outer rings generally do not have inner rings. When the journal can not be hardened and ground, the inner rings listed in the table can be used. The hardened steel outer ring of the stamping needle roller bearing is inseparable from the needle roller cage assembly. Free space for storing lubricants can prolong the interval of supplementary lubrication. Bearings are generally designed in a single row. Except for the bearings 1522, 1622, 2030, 2538 and 3038 series of wider specifications, they are equipped with two needle roller cage assemblies. There are lubricating oil holes in the outer ring of the bearing. According to user's needs, all single-row punched needle roller bearings with shaft diameter greater than or equal to 7 mm can be equipped with outer rings with lubricating oil holes (code suffix AS1).
Punched outer ring needle roller bearings with oil seals can provide open or closed end needle roller bearings with oil seals (3 to 5) when oil seals cannot be installed due to space constraints. This type of bearing is equipped with polyurethane or synthetic rubber friction oil seals, which are filled with lithium-based grease with good rust-proof performance, suitable for operating temperatures ranging from - 20 to + 100 C. The inner ring of the bearing with oil seal is 1 mm wider than the outer ring, which can ensure that the oil seal works well and avoid bearing contamination when the bearing has a small displacement relative to the bearing box. There are also lubrication holes in the inner ring of the bearing, which can be supplemented by the outer ring or inner ring according to the needs of the bearing configuration.
Solid ferrule
The solid ring needle roller bearing is composed of one or two rings and needle roller group with cage. According to the different application occasions, it can be divided into bearing with inner ring or without inner ring. Therefore, solid ring needle roller bearings can meet the requirements of light weight, small occupancy space and large transmission power.
Solid ring needle roller bearings have smaller volume and higher load-carrying capacity. Structural type outer ring double baffle (or double lock ring) needle roller bearings with cage NA, NAV, NKI type can install inner ring and outer ring (with lock ring, full set of needle roller and cage) respectively, with high permission speed, divided into single row and double row. If the shaft can not be used as a raceway, that is, if grinding is impossible or inexpensive for hardening the shaft, needle roller bearings with inner rings can be used.
